You can begin with Free Services to start sourcing products, then choose the Pro Plan which we will handle all things from producing to shipping. If you have your own suppliers but want us to inspect the quality and arrange to ship, please choose the Basic Plan.

If you want to import from China but don’t know how to start if you desire to get the best price but don’t know which supplier is reliable? Don’t worry, our Free Plan will help you out.
In the first place, you need to submit an inquiry, letting us know what products you need or how we can help you. Then we will assign you an agent to offer you the following services for free.
Product Sourcing, cost evaluation: We will help you find as many suppliers, and collect the most competitive price according to your requirements. She will also help you evaluate the total cost of producing, shipping, and customs duty to your country.
Product Sample, Customization: We will help you get product samples from different suppliers (can be your suppliers), inspect quality, and ship to you altogether, thus you can save a lot of shipping fee. She will also help you customize samples with your logos, demands, making them look the same as your bulk order.
Consulting on Import, Export, Compliance: We provide free consulting for any pieces of knowledge related to import, export, compliances, certifications, etc.
Pro Plan
(90% clients choose this, instead of Basic Plan)
Through Free Plan, maybe you already got competitive product prices from our suppliers. Then you can continue the Pro Plan that we will deal with all things from manufacturing to shipping. You can choose to purchase from our suppliers or yours.
You can obtain all the following services, by paying a 5-10% service charge based on the product value of each order. (Pro Plan service rate is attached in the following)
Production Follow up: Looking for suppliers for an item just takes a few hours, but following up production will usually last 20-60 days. We help you coordinate with factories all at any time, to ensure products are made base on your requirements. This is the greatest value of the Pro Plan, as we help you save huge time.
Customize Packaging, Private Label Solutions: If you want to make your own-brand products, we can assist you to make all kinds of packaging, even if the purchasing quantity is small. You can always get the best packaging price, as we have many packaging suppliers cooperated for a long time.
General Quality Inspection: We open 20-30% numbers of cartons and randomly inspect numbers in each carton. If there are defective products found, on behalf of you, we will negotiate with suppliers to fix the problem. Or we can also hire workers to fix defects in our warehouse, before shipping out of China.
By charging a 5% service fee, we will do unlimited times of inspection, until the defect issue is solved. Comparably, if you hire third-party inspection companies by yourself, they usually charge $200-$300/person/day, and they can only report problems without helping you fix them. They usually inspect little numbers of products of each batch, unless you hire more inspectors.
Free Warehouse: Our warehouse in Guangzhou can be 2 months free of use. You could take time to send us more products, and we will collect all products, consolidate them into one shipment for saving your shipping cost. We will charge a $10/CBM/month warehousing fee from the 3rd month.
Arrange Shipment: We help you send products from China all the way to your address in any countries, or to Amazon warehouses and deal with all import & export process. You always obtain a competitive shipping quote from us, no matter its courier service, sea freight, or air freight.
Open and Transparent Commissions and Charges
Payment = Order amount + service fee. As shown in the following table:

Basic Plan
(If you have own suppliers, but need QC and shipping)
If you have your own product suppliers but need somebody to help you check the quality and arrange to ship to your country or to Amazon fulfillment centers, Basic Plan works perfectly for you. By paying a 5% service fee (minimum charge $100), you can enjoy all the following services for free.

Extra Services

Although the services of Pro and Basic plan can satisfy most people’s needs, we can still provide many extra services to make your China importing experience more easily. All the following extra services will be quoted case by case.
1 by 1 product inspection: We will help you check every single product according to your requirement, and we only charge $4/hour. Through this service, the defect rate can reduce to 0, which means you will not get any bad reviews from customers. Highly recommend it to Amazon sellers.
Travel to the factory for inspection: For general inspection included in the Pro and Basic plan, we do the inspection at our warehouse. If you need us to travel to the factory to inspect the products, you just need to pay the traveling cost. As this cost is quoted case by case, you can inquire it of us for details. Maybe you can get a big discount or even free.
Any kinds of labor work: We can help you do all kinds of labor ($4/hour) like packing products, bundling products, putting FNSKU stickers, etc. Putting FNSKU starts from $0.03/each.
Warehouse in China: After the free warehouse period, we will charge $10/CBM/month warehouse fee. Our warehouse is located in Guangzhou, around 200km away from Shenzhen sea port, 100km away from Guangzhou sea port, and 24km from Guangzhou air port.
